      If you have Health issues in Real, How is it in Lucidity?

      Like if you have knee problems and bone problems and pain and some serious problems and stuff. Do those things appear in your Lucid life?
      Or are we totally healthy in Lucidity? Or even if you don't have them in your dream, do you still know while dreaming, that you have health problems.

      For example say in my dream i wanted to run fast , do some crazy moves and stuff. But in reality i can't do any of that cause i'm torn. Can i still do it in the dream and feel free or will i be worried in my dream to try anything?

      I'm a 3 week lucid practitioner(With no lucid dreams yet but doing dream journaling).

      1st rule of lucid dreaming: anything is possible

      You can do anything that you can imagine in your dreams, so if you can imagine what it is like to not have health problems or even to be another species, you can do it.
      But I have heard some people talk about how their health problems tend to bleed into their lucid dreams. Like if they wear glasses, they might see the lucid dream world as being blurry when they take off their dream glasses. I think that this is because that is what they expect to happen. What you expect to happen in your dreams usually does happen. I also think that sometimes if your body is in physical pain while you're dreaming, that pain can leak into the dreams as well. I've had experience with my back hurting a lot because of sleeping on a terrible mattress or my arms being numb, and I could feel those sensations while lucid.

      Once again, you can do whatever you want in your dream. Whether you are worried or not about doing these things, and whether or not your dream body is perfectly healthy or not is up to you.

      I'm colorblind a little, and I see colors differently in dreams, that's probably the normal way... I was at the hospital for some time, could barely walk for 4 days, yet in my dreams everything went fine.

      So, as stated before, you may do anything you can imagine, regardless of your real life limits.

      I usually describe lucid dreams as ultra-vivid daydreams;
      in other words, if you can imagine something in your mind, then you can have a vivid, realistic lucid dream about it.
