i first need to learn how to recall my dreams

what are some surefire ways that i can learn?

[EDIT] haha also, does having a boner affect lucid dreams?
becuase when i took a vacation in mexico, i was liek lookign at FHM adn i got all horny, adn i had a boner, adn i was real tired, so i took a nap on the couch

i immeadiatley was in some post office, and i was horny, so i grabbed a girl, and took her inside a spaceship which was there for no reason adn had sex with her, and i soon as i entered i woke up, with a erection, i was liek i hope to god no one came in to see if i was asleep, becuas ei assure you, i piched a tent in that bathing suit like nothin

I regretfully cannot offer any advice with your boner issue, but I can give you a little help with the other stuff.

Yes, you do dream every night. Even if you don't remember the dreams, you are dreaming. I can recall nights when I could not remember any dreams at all. And then later on something I saw would remind me of a dream I had that night.

For recall, when you wake up every morning, spend about 5 minutes in bed with your eyes closed recalling everything you can that you dreamed that night. Try to start back as far as you can go and then move forward in the night, and when you get stuck try to figure out what happened next, if you can't remember move on. Stay in your bed until you can't remember anything more. You'll probably notice that the farther on in the night the more memorable your dreams.

Try to write down your dreams in a Dream Journal when you wake up. Then you can read through it again before you go to bed to get your mind on dreaming and recall. From time to time go back and read through your dreams.

When you go to sleep, tell your subconscious to help you remember your dreams in the morning. Tell yourself that you will wake up and remember everything. It may sound silly, but with that thought in your mind it may help.

Don't give up. If you just can't remember something, give it your all. If you finally break through and remember something that you were struggling with it will help infinately with your recall. It will teach your mind to reach deep in the depths of your subconscious.
Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

In response directly to your thread title, yes, one dreams every night, it's just a case of being able to recall it or remember it.

No. Alot of people remeber their dreams eveynight even if they dont have many lucid dreams. For myslef, I remember 4-5 dreams a night, but only have 1-2 lucid dreams a week.

Dream recall and the ability to Lucid dream are not related. Although the more dreams you rememebr, the greater chnace you have to remebr if you had a lucid dream. A forgotten Lucid dream does not coutn after all

      Yeah, you dream everynight.
Recall is subjective. I don't recall every dream but I recall most.
As for LD's it has been a while and I am sort of starting over after being out of the habit/practice for a while.

As for the other part of your message. I had a similar experience when I was a teen-ager. And still do from time to time.
