Question Weird feeling in my lucid dreams

Hello DV people, I want to ask something that keeps bothering me.
whenever i get lucid recently, sometimes i get the impression that i am there
but i am not at the same time, this is really a weird feeling when that happens.
It's like something is pushing me to the dream environment, but something
also keeping me away from entering it.

      Have you guys experienced this?

I noticed this a lot when I first got into lucid dreaming or just dreaming in general for that matter. The Dreamscape almost feels unstable right? Well what i would do and this is a very commonly

used technique to anchor one to a dream is to feel or touch something in the dream, like a tree or a rock. That is what I learned to do after my first couple of lucids, that is what I think your problem is at least. Try it in

your next lucid and let me know!

      Up on Melancholy Hill
      There's a plastic tree
      Are you here with me?
Just looking out on the day of another dream

It's not about control i think, but trying to get into the dream environment.
for a few seconds i can feel my mind in the dream, but not my body.
although i'll take a look into that, thanks for sharing

When you're saying unstable, what you exactly mean?
well i didn't try to touch anything, but on my next lucid i'll try it.
although its quite hard to control when your mind is not fully aware.
it feels like it is sleeping.
