How peculiar, you should be able to exit your body in that depth of Sleep Paralysis. I would suggest the "forced" route. Fight your non-physical body out! With all your intent. Do NOT doubt you can get out...Know you can, because you can |

Lately, i've been having all those almost succesful WILDs that end up in SP and it got really easy for me, so i get into SP almost every night. The problen is, once i get into SP there is nothin i can do, once i was able to change the scenery, but havent been able to ever since. I tried everything, visualisation, trying to float out of my body, voice commands.(really hard to talk) I've found out that rubbing my body with my hands seems to make me able to move, but it's still very hard, as if i weight a ton... i don't know what to do anymore : ( i've had some trippy shit happen to me in SP. Alien abductions, nasty ghost girls in white dresses, killer robots, even friendly characters, such as the guy that made me snort 'magical dream coke' and the girl that tried to rape me, though unfortunately i guess my dick was paralized, anyways it's quite a lot of fun, but i wanna do something else with it... |

I would actually suggest the opposite. It's two-fold. If you want to simply get out of SP, and then try and WILD again; most people will tell you that simple NOT trying to move easily gets you out of SP (Works for me). Second thing is; if you want to go DEEPER into sleep, and attempt to lose SP without waking up, meditating while in SP seems to do the trick... for me, at least. Non-thought meditation to be exact. |
