A long lost hello everyone... I recently put a plan together to obtain lucid dreaming and would like your critiques...
First I've been using the Lucid Dream Ultimate app, it's by DryIceDroid on the android market. For a couple weeks now I've been using the reality check option every half to full hour. It makes a sound, vibrates, and prompts me to do various realty checks. On top of that I've been using the MILD method as well, especially leading up to bed and falling asleep.
Finally I went out and bought GalantaMind ***link removed by staff*** and took my first pill this morning after setting my alarm for a WILD... It made my dreams more vivid but didn't go further than that, as I didn't sleep well after using it anyway.
Now as there is a lot of information about GM out there I'm wondering what is accurate. I've read it works best after sleeping 4 to 5 hours and then taking one or two pills... But do I take them and go right to sleep, or stay up for an hour and then try to sleep?
