I've had maybe 5 or 6 lucid dreams in my 19 years of living, but I can't seem to remember the feeling of actually getting lucid. I took a long break from trying to lucid dream because it was getting mentally exhausting (I blame it on my OCD). How should I start it back up ? I was writing down my dreams almost every morning, now my schedule changed and I work 6 days, 52 hours a week. Should I even bother to start practising again ? |
