      Help!

      I have been researching Lucid dreams and really want to have one. I am wearing a watch as my reality check and I check the time constantly throughout the day. But do I need to wear my watch when I sleep for this reality check to work in my dream? Please help and thank you

      I'm pretty sure no. If you ever find yourself without your watch while your reality checking, find a clock somewhere. It will work as effectively if not more.
