Safest one I know of is Omega 3 fatty acids. Take a supplement or some food rich in the stuff before bed. The reason I say it's the safest is because it's a natural thing you'll find in certain foods.
I also heard of choline bitartrate and DMAE. But there's many more. Of the ones I listed, combinations aren't needed.But be careful with the choline, because it will make your stomach a little sore.
But there's no guarantees with any of these. If you've got the money to spend, have fun experimenting, because experience is the only way to verify.
