Thread: My [WILD] lucid dreams end abruptly

I think stabilization is required in WILDs also
WILD or DILD dreams can in both destabilize

Week ago i had my longest WILD in which for first time i used stabilization method which i thought of
Every few minutes i looked at my hands and if they were blurry or looking weird then i focused my visions on them strongly till they started to look natural a-like
This extended my WILD up to 15 - 20 minutes if i remember correctly

It might not work for you thought
So i guess stabilization is in both needed for long play

I can suggest something which might help in case of wake up aswell
- When you wake up you couldtry to Re-Enter dream using DEILD

This might give you a little boost if you were to wake up, so you could do another attempt instantly

And offtopic question:
I'm wondering, what anchor do you use for your WILD attempts
It's quite a skill to be able to WILD at will
