Lucid Dreaming Help ~ Walking Up After Lucidity

There was one main that that always lead me off from doing lucid dreaming anymore, and that was waking up after I realized I was lucid.

I could never truly become lucid in my dreams, I would just go about doing my dream, realize I was in a dream, probably fly around for 5 or 10 seconds, then wake up from heavy eyelids in my dreams. The main problem in the dreams is the eyelids, whenever I get at the point of semi-lucidity, my eyelids soon want to blink, and when I blink I find myself unable to open my eyes, then I wake up. I have tried asking this question before on other forums but it was fruitless, I could never find an answer to what would let me truly be immersed in the world of lucid dreaming. If anyone has experienced the same situation and me or knows an answer to my problems, please say so.

      More Details:

I realize it is a dream at one point, but never become fully conscious in the dream, like I acknowledge it and then just shrug it off.
After shrugging it off I usually fly around by lifting my arms up and just hover and propel forward, like Superman would.
After flying around for a very small amount of time, I land and try and do stuff, but my eyelids soon shut and I wake up.
(The lucid dreams like this might happen when I eat breakfast and fall back into a nap because I don't get enough sleep, not sure about this part though)

Other than that, I would describe the hazy feeling as a dream where I am lucid dreaming (like I am dreaming about what I think I would do in a lucid dream).

One main point to understanding ld is the fact that it is just a thought, your thought and no one else, every thing you think in a dream is created by you, eg, if you cant fly and find it a struggle, then its your thoughts that make that happen , " i cant fly , i find it a struggle" when you can think whatever you want, after all it is your dream or thought , so " i can fly , i don't find it a stuggle" would be a more god like intelligent thought to think instead of the silly thoughts of " i cant " after all what did your mum always say to u "" there's no such thing as cant"?-----only god knows hes dreaming, or does he, who knows++++don't be afraid++++
