I had this same idea myself, as well as a few others I've seen. Unfortunately, I've yet to see anyone successfully accomplish this. It would be great if this did work, but I think the reason this doesn't work is because it's like trying to master a skill literally overnight. Like, trying to learn how to play the guitar masterfully after one lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is to an extent, a skill. Having one every night would be well above proficient.
The main idea behind this is to reprogram the subconscious to become a master lucid dreamer. Currently, it doesn't believe that. I don't know anyone that's "changed their minds" through lucid dreaming. The closest examples I can think of are people learning their dream jobs, ideal romantic partners, and confronting nightmares to learn what they represent to avoid having them again. But I haven't heard of someone actively changing their inner beliefs through lucid dreaming. In theory, you could become the polar opposite of your personality overnight with such an ability.
More reliable, and proven methods to reprogram the subconscious are things such as affirmations and hypnosis.
Now, the only thing I've ever heard of where someone lucid dreams one night, and instantly has a skill upon awakening, is through accessing the Akashic Records. It has to do with astral projection. It's this "library" of sorts, that contains information on what was, is, and probably be.
I'm not saying I do or don't believe in it, you have to make up your own mind. But if it's true, you could master lucid dreaming after only one night. Problem is, I don't hear anything about people using this for learning skills. They use it to apparently "time travel" and view their "other lives." So I don't see anyone playing like Mozart or speaking twenty languages, but maybe it's because they don't know they can. I don't know.
But with all that said, maybe a person can reprogram their mind through lucid dreaming alone. I'm just waiting for either myself to do it, or for someone to share their success.
