killing a child and hiding it

Two dreams so far of killing a child on accident and hiding it, in fear of being in trouble.

First one: I was with an old friend from l met at 5yrs old, we were about 12 in the dream. We had killed a little boy, barred the young boy and tried to forget. No images of the murder, only where we barred him. It was in concrete on a public side walk. The body was found what seems like moments after but years had passed. Acting shocked and upset at the news the friend and I attended the little boys funeral. Once at the funeral I realized the little boy belonged to another friend of mine. she was a pre teen best friend of mine. The dream continued with bazaar twist and turns, but eventually I was being investigated by fbi, turns out we accidentally killed him and I discovered this during my confession.

Dream 2: again another young boy, this time it was my boyfriend friends kid, same age
as kid above. The boy got trapped under water, me and my boyfriend could not save him. We hid it, kept quiet as the mother frantically searched for him. The boy began to surface and someone else seen him, we told her he had died. She was devastated, soon after some how discovering we knew scuba divers were throwing his body parts out of the water at me, arms, legs, white and water bloated. I went into detail why he drowned, and what I did to try and save him, including his limbs being detached because I was trying to pull him out. One thing I couldn't explain in either dream was why I hid it.

Children are a very common symbol in dreams, but it's important to remember that dreams speak in a language of symbols - things don't literally mean what they are - and in the case of children they often represent newborn ideas or projects - something new in your life that requires nurturing in order to grow to its full potential, and that can easily be extinguished at this tender stage. It could mean that there's something you were going to do - I'm not sure when, could be when you were young, could be more recently, but something that was going to change things for you, and instead you gave it up (killed it symbolically) due to pressure from friends or family, and buried it (stopped even thinking about it, pushed it out of your thoughts). This would probably be something that you thought about recently, and that's why it sparked the dream, but it doesn't mean you thought about it directly. It could just be that something reminded you in some way of that time, of those plans or ideas you tried to bring into the world, and so your subconscious created these dreams about it.

Wow, that's amazing..there's so many things shifting and changing in my life. I'm lingering to let go of my ex husband and move forward with my new boyfriend. I lost my career and can't go back to the field, I have to re shift my whole career field and go back to school, meanwhile I'm stuck in a dead end job..
