Hey guys, returning forumer here . So I was pretty into lucid dreaming back in the fall/winter of last year, but school took over, and I found I had no time to even think about it. Needless to say, I got lazy. |

Welcome back. Reality checks are always worthwhile, regardless of where you're at. ADA is similarly important. As for getting your vigor back, reading your dream journal (if you have one) or, indeed, others will help renew it and potentially give you ideas for what to do in your own lucids. Incidentally, dream journals helps with recall, as well, so write away. |

Also as splodeymissile said, I think we should recommend to you the stuff everyone should have been told, write your dreams, do reality checks and choose a technique you would like to do. |
