I also have trouble waking myself up enough to bother with my dream journal. Have you tried sleeping with your notebook in your arms or sleeping on top of it? It's awkward but it does help motivate you a little. Another idea that may help you recall dreams better is to use a mantra like, "I will remember my dreams". This could cause you to be able to recall your dreams in the morning when you're awake enough to write them down. |
