Question First Lucid Dream! Finally! I have some questions

Hello, finally i had my first LD! you can read it with link below
(July 23, 2014) First Lucid Dream! DILD - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

I have a few questions though,

I felt as though I was losing my grip on the dream when i got excited, became harder to move for a moment, i tried to spin and i couldnt, and as though the dream was almost becoming non lucid again but i kept up with holding it. Can you slip back into non lucidity without realizing it?

Do some dreams feel as though your loosing your grip on control?

You CAN slip back into non-lucidity, and some dreams do feel like you're losing your grip.

Unfortuantely this happened to me more than once! Make sure you stabilize properly by using your 5 senses!
This is described very well here and here
You can also read more about here in dutch's class

      Hope that helped!

First of all, congrats to your first lucid dream! Uhh, remembering my first lucid experiences, I can imagine how are you feeling.

These are mistakes many LD newbies make - not stabilizing and getting too excited. I am gonna copy my other comment:
''the most important thing is to stay calm, big excitement or boredom will kill the dream. When you become lucid, stop for a moment, take a deep breath, calmly count to 10, then do RC, rub your hands and repeat to yourself, that this is a dream, that you control this dream.''

      Good luck and sweet dreams!
