Thread: Best lucid dreaming method for a sort-of newbie?

I'm just gonna go ahead and say it, there is no "best method". Everyone is different and what works for others won't work for you.
Your just gonna have to start slowly and find the techniques you want to practice and do them whenever you can. I think I can't emphisize this enough, you really have build your way up slowly and the lucids will come with practice eventually.
