I'm new to this stuff and joined because TIDAY I had two lucid dreams

1:I went to bed at 5am (I like to spent night awake) listened to MBV and fell asleep
Than had few normal yet pretty clear dreams
After that I woke up with the lights and TV on I realised I was asleep and instantly started spinning(idk) around to not wake-up than I tried to summon something and after a second take i saw my sister which later shifted to one of my girl friends(friends) than lucidity ended and we started to look for Sonic Youth's antenna on ITunes than I woke up

2:Later that day I went for a nap cause didn't get enough of sleep
Listened to the same music and fell asleep
Had a dream of me looking for lucid dreams forums than again realized I was sleeping
To check I tried to turn on and off the TV (it worked) and I started to do some funky stuff but I felt parolised and it was extremely hard to move than I didn't start spinning in time and woke up


So here's the question:will I have lucid dreams regularly since today
Cause I didn't do ANYTHING to get those two only this whole summer I tried to remember what dreams I had
