From dream to lucidity to MEDITATION !

Hey DreamMoods community! I want to share with you my incredible dream hopefully to find some explanation to it. Three days ago, I had that dream where I was running on the water of a pool racing a little girl who was walking on it too. She was cute and was wearing a white dress. Until suddenly I saw a big banner on which was written 'This is not reality! wake up!'. I stopped immediately and realized that I'm dreaming. So I created the same girl with my imagination and held her hands then turned to the first girl and told her:'look all of this is not real and this is the proof!' (pointing to her clone) Then, the dream collapsed and I felt that I am formless floating inside of my head for a couple of seconds which was a very pleasant sensation.And finally I woke up shocked. Let me hear all of your thoughts and interpretations. I'll be glad Cheers

Hey there, Thanks for sharing your incredible lucid dream experience. Sorry, I am hesitant to provide an interpretation because dream interpretation is not an exact science. However, it seems like you exited your lucid dream, but remained asleep consciously, which explains the hypnopompic-like sensations. Perhaps you could have entered another lucid dream using the dream chaining technique. I wish you the best of luck with your lucid dream adventures.

If you want to convince a dream character that he or she is in a dream, you have to be carefull because it will destroy your dream, like it happend to you.
