      Cool DJ For W.I.L.D?

First of all great forum, lot of good stuff here, been reading for a while

I have a few doubts. Since W.I.L.D seems for me to be the fastest technique. I am meditating regularly for about 5 months, I naturally wake up after every REM cycle (Light sleeper as you might call it). Already had almost 3 wild's not by purpose cause i have Meditation sessions before sleep. 2 times i felt vibrations, third time a heard loud noise in my ears. And all 3 times I waked my self up (Fear of HH, watched some YT documentary's about HH).

Anyway besides this 3 events I have no experience at all with LD. So my question is do I need to keep a DJ to remember my dreams? (I read somewhere that when you do a wild the dream memory stores at the same place with waking memory is that true?) I don't have motivation or time for keeping a DJ and doing RC's right now since i have so much going on in walking life.

So far everything is aligned with me so i can easily have a LD (Still there is a fear of HH that I need to get over).

Thanks for reading, any feedback is appreciated

Well, you dont really need a dream journal for WILD lucid dreams. When you enter the dream world without becoming unconscious, the memories are stored just as in real life. So, you would remember a WILD lucid dreams as good as you remember what you did yesterday. I only practiced the WILD technique when starting to lucid dream. In my opinion it is the best technique - if you know how to do it.
What I have had great success with, is to have an automatic alarm clock that shuts down after 30 seconds etc.
When the alarm wakes you, dont move just wait for it to shut down and then begin the WILD. This has worked for me
      Hope this helps

      Hi,

I myself don't keep Dream Journal for WILDing nor lucid dreaming in general.
I can tell you though stuff
Lucid Dreams are easier to remember than usual dreams
The more lucid (conscious) you are in the dream, the easier it will be to remember.

      It's kinda personal thingy.
If you have troubles remembering lucid dreams or regular dreams
Then i'd suggest using some stuff to boost your dream recall.

Every person is different i guess
Experimenting will prove most successful to you.
See for yourself if your lucid adventures will require dream journal or any other dream recall techniques

Also about fear of HH or any other similar stuff you meet during WILDs
You don't need to fear them, they are natural process that happens everytime we enter a dream world?.
Example: It's a night, your sleeping. You are just unconsciously sleeping through nrem phase right now and no dreams happens, since nrem usually does not invites dreams over. It's silent regeneration phase. And times later, after a specific amount of time you will enter the rem phase which is i belive for regenerating and calming our mind?
After some time in rem, quite short, weird stuff will start to happen. A la HH, HI, HS, Vibrations or any other stuff that you may meet during WILDs
It's same thing that happens over and over when we are entering a dream world.
You get those sensations everynight yet you don't remember seeing, sensing, hearing or feeling any of them. right?
Because your mind was turned off during that time and that's why you don't remember

      That's why it's completly safe
If you have any questions or doubts then feel free to ask.
      I'm back! Again? Uhhh..

You're Serbian? I love Serbians! I don't really keep a dream journal either, I do record some dreams that I liked just so that I can look back at them in the future but I don't think it's necessary to record all your dreams so that you can remember them. But dream journals have helped some people to get really great recall, I just prefer think about what I was dreaming about once I wake up and then try my best to remember it better while I'm doing my morning routine. I don't have much time for writing down my dreams usually.

I've never understood being afraid of the hypnagogic hallucinations/imagery. When you know it's just a hallucination that is, I used to have these terrible hallucinations when I would fall asleep as a little kid where I would feel someone either tickling my feet or grabbing my side really hard and I thought it was real. But once I knew it was just part of falling asleep then I understood it was me that was making that sensation not some magical entity. I think it's kind of like being afraid of your own shadow or your own reflection. Whatever you bring to the dream is usually what you get shown back to you.
