Hi there, I've been trying to incorporate something which I like into my dreams. Cause it is a higher chance U will remember it. It can be an object or people. Once I remember it, it connects to other events in the dream and it helps me to remember most of the dream. To get it into the dream, I have to constantly think of it, the things which interests me. Hope this helps.

I've always had great recall, one a night or so. Once I looked into enabling one to lucidly dream I started typing my experience immediatly on my computer.

      1. Wake up, Lay in bed, eyes closed 10 seconds to recall every aspect of the dream.

      2. I egress my dishevled bed, to begin typing immediaty.

      3. Go back to bed.

Originally I would wake up on my biological clock at 0900, and proceed typing. However as I got proficient and recalling vivid dreams I began to wake up immediatly after the dream ended. Once I no longer had to recount three lucid dreams at once, as with when I awoke at 0900, I was able to just jump out of bed instead of laying 10 seconds.

I do not type a summary, I go into details.

I recently stopped doing this as often as i'd like due to odd schedules, traveling, etc. And noticably saw my dream recall fall back to two dreams a night. Three dreams are regular, and 4 not uncommon- though short.

Invisible Pink Unicorns are beings of awesome mystical power. We know this because they manage to be invisible and pink at the same time. Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.
