      Question about WILD

      Hello everyone,

I have a question. I always sleep on my stomach. I tried the WILD technique but it didn't go very well. I saw a lot of posts that the best for Wilding is sleeping on your back. So can I wild and go into sleep paralysis on my stomach. And when I'm in sleep paralysis will I be laying on my stomach or my back because having a SP on my back seems scarier. Leave answers below

People really need to stop worrying about sleep paralysis. You do not, I repeat, you do not need to worry or even think about sleep paralysis. For WILD, you need to be comfortable enough to fall asleep. If you can't fall asleep on your back, don't sleep on your back. Lay in whatever position is most comfortable to you. The most important part in a successful WILD is falling asleep. Maintaining awareness is secondary but comes very close.
