People really need to stop worrying about sleep paralysis. You do not, I repeat, you do not need to worry or even think about sleep paralysis. For WILD, you need to be comfortable enough to fall asleep. If you can't fall asleep on your back, don't sleep on your back. Lay in whatever position is most comfortable to you. The most important part in a successful WILD is falling asleep. Maintaining awareness is secondary but comes very close. |
