      underworld - journeys in lucid dreaming

      Do you know the underwold ?
      The entry is always a hole in the earth or a cave ; further on galleries or tunnels.
      I am often swept down along.
      In my Internet searches opinion, this world is dangerous, it is equivalent to the slums of astral.
      I had been having never problems, but I would know more about it.

      There's nothing dangerous in lucid dreaming at all.

      you must studied the way of the shaman huh?, thats the vibe i get from this tread
      there isnt just one way/path to walk in the way of the shaman either, i recommand a book The Lucid Dreamer: A Waking Guide for the Traveler Between Worlds: Malcolm Godwin: 9780671872489: Amazon.com: Books
      its good it mentions a few of the paths you can take, i dont know the path i walk but i guess its the path of power.
      the lowest plane i believe i ever experience would be the void, the void is very mysterious so many questions left unanswered

      Yes, I have work knowledges about this subject ;
      the underworld is indeed a shaman world.

      But I practise Qi Gong (exercises of energy) and the taoist meditation
      for years by losing sight of the shamanism.
      Nevertheless I am often thrown in the world of low during the meditation
      without knowing really why.

      I hoped to learn it more with you because my experiences are a shape of lucid dream.
      I feel as in a dream but aware as a lucid dreamer.

      My way is different from yours which is specialized on the lucid dream,
      Especially at the level of the creativity and of the power of modification,
      While we remain passive in meditation.
      Nevertheless, your real-life experience is precious for me because we evolve in the same world.

      One can be passive in lucid dreaming though as well... Awareness without expectation and simply experience the dream world. I have never seen this underworld you speak of. I have experienced the void via a marijuana and mushroom combo, it was scary... just nothingness. I wanted out. I fear that place... but I am growing ever more curious of it. The other posters void and mine might be nothing alike though. Mine was complete ego death and a complete disassociation with reality. I would like to experience this underworld though you speak of... but I don't know if I have the patience to try and find it. All of this for me is in preparation for death... I'm only 26 so it won't be for a while, but I feel it calling to me, like it's calling for me to come home. In case it's not the liberating experience I hope it will be from all of the struggle, I need to feel like I have walked similar paths to lessen the fear and attachment. Maybe old age and the dying process will bring that anyway, but I don't know yet I am not there.

      Qi Gong is from China. My grandpa was doing all these meditation. It is hard to tell if it has benefits for him.

      Be careful, under the influence of a drug, you will be too slow to evade an attack,
      it is the cause of the bad journeys in the LSD.

      but I don't know if I have the patience to try and find it
      There is no other alternative.
      It is too easy to cross the sea
      to inquire at the American lucid dreamer's.

      I begin to believe that the dreamer for whom we look is ourselves;
      we find the famous American principle : "do it yourself" !
      We shall have the answer having filled(performed) some small formalities:
      to devour at first all the international tutoriels, Wiki Dream Views is the dessert;
      then...
      "the knowledge results from the experience, all the rest is only of the information "
      (Albert Einstein).

      We shall pursue the discussion as soon as we shall have moved these few mountains.

      Actually, Qi Gong is a Chinese art of health:
      slow movements based on the breath to strengthen the vitality.
      In a more advanced stage begin the taoist meditation.

      I practise Qi Gong for years to relieve my chronic pains.
      This shape of meditation active satisfied me beyond my expectations.
      Nevertheless, to reach the lucid dreams, the Taoist meditation seems to me better.
