got frustrated in a lucid because I couldn't get lucid lol

So idk if I'm just a pro at this already but long story short I am Able to induce sleep paralysis at will in the mornings before school. my first attempt was this morning and I went into 3 sleep paralysis and had 3 false awakenings. I kept going into sleep paralysis then was able to move while In it while I was actually in a dream in my room aND was getting g frustrated that I couldn't obe/lucid dream. I even got out of bed and went back to sleep in the lucid dream and fell back Inot sleep paralysis. So tommorow I'm going to induce it again and try to explore.

Once you incorporate the habit of reality checking every time you get awake false awakenings can be a blessing in disguise. Good luck next time, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it

Heyy LucidBegginer ^_^ maus is right! You have to form a habit of reality checking every time. And for the frustration with the false awakenings you could try and search the forum for some helpful information, but keep in mind that one of them will always be to for a habit of reality checking!
