Greatly improved recall and second lucid

I'm not sure what has made my dream recall and awareness better, but I believe it could be meditation for da awareness

Or just the dream journal, of course. Last month I only got about 1 dream and this month I've recalled about 4. (Which is a new feat for me xD)

And finally got my second lucid!

Keeping a consistent dream journal and writing down your dreams is absolutely massive. For me it's the easiest way to be engaged with dreams and program that information into your brain. Sometimes it takes me an hour to write down my dreams from the previous night... but that's an hour spent recalling dreaming working on memory, and being engaged in dream activity. It's more enjoyable for me than say meditating for an hour only thinking about dreaming. It's hard sometimes to wake from a dream and immediately go to your recording device... but doing it pays a lot of dreaming dividends ha.
