First of all: love your avatar!
But there is nothing really to write about. Because there are only some very little unconnected things i can remember. Like "falling from a huge fridge", "waitress didnt want to serve me beer", " i remember coins which i dont know" and at first i said to myself. What can I even write in my DJ ? I will wait for a dream which make sense. And it has not come.
Regarding induction of lucid dreams: This is quite a bit of information already: I see those 2 fragments as 2 instances of negative dream content, most likely anxiety (which is pretty common), so I'd start right away doing reality checks whenever I go through unpleasant situations..make use of universal dream signs, they can extremely useful since they show up so often!
Regarding recall: this can't be stressed enough (hm, we need a tutorial xD):
- A regular sleep pattern does miracles to recall. Not only it reduces sleep inertia, but waking up without the need of an alarm also indicates that you most likely just came off a dream, which makes it easier to remember. So, work on that sleep hygiene!
- You have 3 weeks of fragments, that's more than enough to create dream content tables with dream themes:
a) location: are they always random, or do you have places that you tend to dream about several times a week?;
b) People: any people that show up frequently? Doesn't need to be a specific person, it can be people from work/school, people that relate to your interests, etc;
c) Actions: what are you doing? the plot is diverse, but sometimes there's a common action in many of your fragments: are you running from something, facing something, interacting with people, seeking something?
d) more on this one in a bit.
With this, you can make dream content tables and fill them out. If you didn't know, writing stuff down also helps you forget it, so you need to touch your DJ more than once per day if you really want to pay attention to your dreams. So ideally doing this at the end of the day would be great to make you work on your dream memories. Don't just put down all the information you can, write actively regarding the experiences (even if they are glimpses) that you recall.
Regarding d), use your dream recall for lucid dreaming: what did you do when the waitress didn't want to serve you beer? Why didn't you become lucid? Question yourself about yourself and your place in your dreams and you'll be more aware of them. This is the fun of a DJ: you're a detective exploring the reality of your dream world, don't just dismiss it as pieces of text, but clues into a higher insight
