I've found out there's times that i'm more sensitive to and times it doesnt work... I think its better to relax your self first, before you go listening to presets because the nearer your own brains freq is to the preset, the better it will work. WHat I've found out is that most presets try to bring you to a lower level to relax you, so if you're relaxed yourself you're going to feel it sooner, if you're active you might not feel anything for a long while because your brain needs time to adjust... (i think...)
