Thread: New to lucid dreams

Well Ive had lucid dreams for a long time. I just went to a Dr. that gave me the name for my experiences (lucid dreams). I was never aware of a name or that a community exist to discuss. I did a brief scan if the forum, I'm not interested in the new age type threads or what does it mean threads (not degrading, just not my cup of tea) . Just here to say I experience them naturally, going to read threads tonight. Interesting to see people try to experience this

I'm a veteran with PTSD. I was at dr for counseling, they just happened to ask the right question where I responded with my dream stuff. They told me about lucid dreams and I googled ....
