Got the idea from Sensei of drills for lucid dreaming, in a similar way to how in sports you might for short periods do drills that aren't an end in them self or even something you might do all the time, but boost certain capacities...
What exercises would be good for lucid dreaming. These may be a part of anyones routine anyway but the intention being to take on something different for a day or a week or so. Any routine, even if a good one, can do with something different to add some freshness.

Various prospective memory challenges
Intensive reality checking for a period of time, or contemplation of dreamlike nature of reality
Rereading journals for dream signs or familiarity
Multiple wbtb’s
Creating totally different LD goals than might be usual…
maintain as continual state of awareness through the day
regular fantasizing about lucid dreaming
regular mantra/intention setting...
