This is a problem that I've been struggling with a bit more frequently lately. It especially happens when I either have a lucid dream near the beginning of the night, when I take an afternoon nap after about 6 hours, and sometimes when I WILD.

I feel extremely sluggish, weak, and dizzy in the dream. It feels kind of like I'm super drunk. Those dreams are usually very dark as well, without much colour in them. I don't necessarily feel like the dream is unstable or anything, quite the opposite at times. There have been a few instances when this has happened and I had a lot of trouble waking myself up; I have woken myself up into a seemingly endless loop of false awakening after false awakening. Why would I want to wake myself up in the first place you might ask? Because it can be extremely uncomfortable.

I'm not sure if there is any way to 'fix' the dream when I'm in those situations. Am I approaching them the wrong way? Any ideas about what is going on when that happens? Am I making it happen by expecting it to? Does anyone have any kind of advice for me?
