Getting times of darkness.

Yesterday i had a long and vivid dream, but the problem in it that every 1 to 2 mins everything get dark but i manage to focus make it good again, and sometimes it get to full darkness so i grab something near me and just rub it and light come again. I don't have problem to gain light again but the problem is i don't want darkness every minute. So how can i fix it?

Are you experiencing this "darkness" while lucid dreaming? I'm not sure what's going on in your situation... Possibly are you waking up in Sleep Paralysis, but are transitioning back to Lucid Dreaming every time you do so? This "darkness" could be that your eyes are closed and your mind is awake, but your body is still asleep. I'm not completely sure if that's what's going on, but it could be a possible scenario. Are you possibly getting too overexcited in your dream, causing you to wake up, if this is the case?

EDragon probably has it right. Maybe you could try interacting with the dream more, or more consistently, since this may stop the darkness.
