lucid dream within a dream

I think i had a lucid dream within another dream. I had a dream and in my dream i did my normal routine, i went to school then work then got home ate dinner and went to bed. I then had a dream within that dream. I dreamnt that i was in a room that was pitch black, and i asked my self could i be dreaming and then i opened my eyes and the lights turned on. I was in an all white room kinda like the matrix when neo first goes into that program where morpheus tells him that they can download all the guns and what not. Anyways i was in the room and in the corner of the room was a lady who looked like a scary queen with a messed up face sitting in a throne. Once i see her i tell myself to close my eyes and imagine myself back in my room and i did. I wake up and explore my house and when i saw that my house had different paintings and furniture i knew i was still dreaming. Is it possible to have a lucid within a dream?

I've had something like that happen before, where I had an LD and woke up in another dream, thinking about the LD I just had and going back to sleep to try have another. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be considered possible, it's pretty much the same as going to another place in the same dream.

Alright, i know this sounds a little crazy...but try to follow... Dreams can be like ONIONS...onions have layers, and once one learns how to peel the layers back and see them in and out...well i would say that would be the ultimate dreaming goal... make sense?
