      Time in lucid dream

Is it possible to Lucid Dream for 10 hours I sleep for 10 hours and I want Lucid Dream to last 10 hours and can I fix the time in dream so it will match the sun or moon in the dream. Also can I go to sleep in the dream world and wake back up In the real world and can I go to sleep in real world and pick up where I left off by waking up in the dream bed like I do in real life?

Also I have never Lucid Dream before I am training my self with the wild method.

Well you need to realize that dreams occur in REM phases of sleeping so it's very unlikely to have a continuous dream as long as your sleeping time. the phases of sleep change during night and you even wake up a few times without even realizing that. You can however fake the time flow. It's possible to have a dream like 5 minutes long in reality but an hour in dream time. However it's just caused by the fake memories, it's not like you really live an hour in the dream world.

Definitely yes. It's even possible to continue one dream several nights. It's not that easy though. There is no need to go to bed in the dream but it might be a good help for your mind if you feel like it will work.
