      Deild technique, why not??

      I'm becoming interested of the deild technique. I think if mastered can be very succesful. But I tried it many times and never worked. I try to imagine me continueing the dream or spinning but nothing happen, i feel sometimes my arms moving but nothing more

      Here is something I have done that might help. I sleep lying on my side. When I try falling back asleep I imagine myself facing the other direction. It really isnt that difficult for me to do. This forces more of a disconnect with the physical body.
