      Staying in the dream

      Hello guys,

      Lately I'm having trouble with prolonging lucids... they are lasting only a few seconds.

      Is there a guide or any useful resources that talk about how to stabilize and increase the duration of the dream?

      WOW, this is pure gold! How the hell didn't I know about these before?!?
      Just watched the whole thing (sped up), and the info there is like 100% in agreement with my experience / views on things... Will have to watch the other episodes tomorrow!
