How to escape from a lucid dream and some other questions

So last night i had like 7-8 lucid dreams! That added to my smartphone log would be like 13 entries. Some of them were in the same place but doing different things and different 'storyline' although they were short, that would count them apart. In about my last dream i realised that i had like 10 lucid dreams in a row, and i was scared that i would stuck inside my dreams and maybe be in a coma in the outside world (lol) I was gonna try to "kill" my self like inception but before thinking further from that i woke up (at least I think) in my bedroom having some heavy breathing. so 1) Does this ever happened to you and how did you manage that? 2) I am trying to find that thread where there are cool things to try in a lucid dream. 3) How can i not practise day awareness in months and have 8 ld in a night? Btw I induced almost all of them by counting my fingers and in some i also rubbed my hands. 4) Any other tips for general ld or a thread on the forum that you thing is a must read? lastly i was trying to bring any person but i failed miserably. Does spinning around help with that? I think I 've read that on the forum
