well i know that REM stage of sleep normally occurs approx. every 90 minutes of sleep. but in the first stage of REM if you become lucid can you remain dreaming lucidly all night instead of in increments of 90 minutes? |

No, because the first REM stage would end after 10 minutes therefore ending your dream. I suppose that if you were proficient enough, you could re-become lucid during every REM period therefore allowing you to LD most of the night, but not all night. |

Total LD's: 22 (21 since joining, 1 a long time ago) + All the crappy short moments of lucidity.
Actually, dreams could occur constantly through other stages of sleep, but we may just not remember them at all. I personally think that we remain conscious all night long and that it is only our ability to remember this time that makes it seem different. |
