Hello dear members .... i had an idea while i was reading , our body experience a physical effects while we are sleeping specially while dreaming , Examples ... while we are sleeping and hit one of our fears our body sweats , when you fall down from a high building in your dream your body secretes adrenalin .. etc
this have a bad side and a good side , the bad side you may experience a harmful effect on your body functions if something really bad happened to you in your dream ... a theory says " if you fall down from a high building and your body didn't secrete adrenalin before you hit the ground you actually die in your bed " ... otherwise the good side is and that's where my idea come from " you can practice gymnasium while you are lucid dreaming and focus on building a healthy and a fit body, that may work , doesn't is ??
i mean you can also study , write poet and even drawing a spectacular paintings ... need your comments and we may open helpful discussion here .. thnx
