Does lucid dreaming make you lose sleep?

Like after you wake up from a lucid dream, do you feel tired and like you have never slept at all? Or do you feel like you've slept?

If you had a lucid that you perceived as being mentally exhausting or if you woke up a lucid during NREM, you might feel exhausted afterwards. But, other than those rare cases, no. Waking up from a lucid generally means you completed your sleep cycle which makes you feel like you slept well.

I actually feel extremely refreshed after a good lucid dream. One other thing to mention is that your eyes might feel really sore afterwards, because you've been moving them around like crazy haha.
