      WBTB Help

      Im really close to having a lucid dream. I know that i wake up at around 1:00 and 6:00 in the morning naturally. When i do wake up i try the wbtb method and it has only almost worked for me. The trouble im having is keeping my mind awake. Any tips or tricks to help with this?

      write in your dream journal yo.. or simply count if your trying to keep physically still.
