So, every single day I go to sleep at about 8:00 pm. I set my alarm for 5:00 am (9 hours of sleep). Every day, my alarm wakes me, and I always just go back to sleep. My original intention was to get up at 5 am and go exercise, but I always just shut the alarm off and go back to sleep (lol...). And ALWAYS from 5 to about 7:30 (when I actually wake) I have the most vivid dreams of the night, and twice now, in that 2 hour morning dream period I've come close to lucidity (I described some of them in my last question). I just now realized that this is technically WBTB (or at least an attempt at it). I'm thinking now if I wake at 5 and try visualizations or auto-suggestions instead of directly going back to sleep, I should have a higher chance of lucidity.
