I find it really hard to adopt a good sleeping pattern (waking up and going to bed at the same time every day).I am a the university right now and my scedule is not the same every day.There days that i have to wake up 6 hours earlier than my previous day.I may have classes at 8 o clock in the morning one day and then next day my classes begin at 2 or 4 o clock in the evening.Is having a good and stable sleeping pattern you stick with really worth when it comes to lucid dreaming?Am i going to get results out of it?Does it increase your chances of having lucid dreams?
