Hello dreamers, first of all i want to say that my english is not very good so sorry i you dont understand me.
Okey lets start from beggining of my story.I found about lucid dreaming about weak ago in 3 early morning of using wild + wtbt i got my first LD it was about 20 30 secconds. Short story of that dream i stand up from my bed i check rc it was positive i did few things and i try to go out of my appartaments and when i was out of my apps my dream is end. Then i try to do it 3 morning more its didnt happen but when i try to do it with wild +wtbt its weird for me becouse i am relaxing and i get short dreams for 2 3 secconds about 5 times in one morning they have scenario sounds but i always wake up after few secconds i release i get these mini dreams and keep relaxing but i never go into a good LD. And when i had that LD i did mild/wild i dont know what helped me. but after these minidreams im being out of relaxing and i cant go into deeper relax.
Then one day i think about what would i ask for my subconscious. and that night i had very weird dreams its looks like my subconscious try to tell me something one of the dreams i realy know what she tryed to say to me. but other 2 dreams was weird. super weird.
In one dream i was just in wild and i sleept and dream started when i chating with my friend thrue the skype and i try to keep relaxing my legs even if i was in dream and my legs just start fly and i m was in reverse and my body was smashed back to bed and it feels like paralize started.(i didnt get one before)even it was in my dream i try to scream or smth like that. but i cant movie and my dream just ends.
And im practing RC and ADA now but in my dreams im being dumb and i dont do tests even today morning i dont remember what i dreams, i didnt write it becouse i was woke up for few mins and i think i write it hour later. But i just remember that i know that nothing make sense but didnt do any rc.
I dont know what technique should i use and how to make good relax. I am feels weird i think i can better with LD but its being weird for me.
I had some non on purpose LD in my life 3 or 2.Do you guys can advice me?
And when i do ada i start did it before i know about it. Specialy when i am smooking im try to feel muscles air everything what i can. And when i smoke in my dreams im dont try to do any rc even if i find weird object thats in releate shouldnt be here.
And about my dream journal one day i remember 3 dreams other day i remember zero dreams. And when ir remember my dreams almost all of them being in middle of day i cant remember my dreams after i woke up. few i do but almost all not.
