No dreams :(

I have not been getting many dreams at all for almost half a YEAR now... Once or twice every 1-3 weeks I'll have one, but that's it. I have had 1 lucid dream recently, but it was very short. Any help?

Squirrels live in trees. When you're passing a tree, the more interested you are in squirrels, the more likely are to be conscious of them once they're there, especially if you're actively looking for them. Dreams live in sleep. When you're sleeping, the more interested you are in dreams, the more likely you are to be conscious of them once they're there, especially if you're actively looking for them. Think of dreams as squirrels in the tree of sleep. Look closely enough for them and you'll find them. Try to remind yourself that you're dreaming once you do.

i had 2 dreams in about one weak of my lucid dreaming trainings its good enaught i think but i want mutch more and there is a problem, i dont know how
