      So mugwort and dreams..

Hey everyone! I haven't been on in months but I decided to come and tell everyone an aid but alsoabout the lucid dream I had..

So I bought 4 oz of mugwort (on Mountain Rose Herbs site) and decided to vape it on the highest level (420) (I've been vaping on a low setting and it never helped my dreams) and it was very bitter, I went to bed at about 2 in the morning. The dream itself had so many false awakenings and many reality checks, one point in the dream some loud, overpowering demonic voice was telling me "Yes Ruby, you're dreaming." And that really freaked me out.

It makes sense to me that if you expose your brain to a dramatic change, you're likely to get a dramatic dream. If think that if you continued this practice, the effect would become less dramatic over time as your brain would adapt to the dose of mugwort.

You're correct, I've used mugwort before, smoked it and put it under my pillow, had a few vivid dreams that's about it. The only way around it but to not have it all the time that way your brain won't adapt to it.

In my personal opinion I find it pointles using aids, would rather just build my awareness and have Lucid Dreams whenever I please ( working on it ).
