      Dream seeds, featuring inception!

      Okay so you know how dreams are often influenced so experiences in recent waking life? And you know how the movie inception is based on planting an idea in someone's head? Well I just though how about you do something in your day that is likely to trigger a dream, this is just to allow to to have more memorable dreams (so you can increase recall) but surely if you subconsciously planted an effective 'dream seed' let's call it, then do you think that you would have more vivid dreams? And what do you think would make a good dream seed? (a dream seed being an activity, idea or action that you perform in waking life to influence frequency and vividness of dreams). Leave you ideas below!

      -Create a dream journal [X]
      -Have a pre-lucid [X]
      -Have a REAL lucid [X]
      -Stabilise a dream [X]

      Current Goal
      -Reach layer 4 lucidity [_]

      Future goals
      -Fly
      -Talk to a DC
      -Teleport
      -Do Telekinesis
      -Talk to my subconscious
      -Lucid dream at least 3 times a week for 3 months in a row
      -Morph the dreamscape
      -Change colours of dreamscape
      -Shapeshift
