Hey bud! When I first started it was hard and I couldnt find what technique would work. Try going to bed VERY tired and keep the idea of lucid dreaming on the fringe of your mind, do not get hyped about it or anything, just accept it as a thing that might or might not happen. Just try to go to sleep comfortably and you should start getting some lucid dreams. Do RC's alot and keep a detailed dream journal also |
