      Does anyone else get this?

The past year when im going to sleep my body does the tingly sensation *the same one you get before sleep paraylisis* but it only lasts for like a second or 2....when i was younger if i felt that tingly sensation then i knew i would get paraylisis but now it only lasts like a second or 2 then i remain back to trying to get to sleep.
Is this a natural thing the body does because it doesnt seem natural to randomly get it in random short bursts? Ofcourse it only happens when im in bed and very comfy

Sounds like your body and mind together ... relaxing and having/appreciating awareness of that - sorry f that's to simple an answere but if you take notice it might be with you more often?

Exactly what I get! It comes in waves and feels nice I know when that happens I'm going to enter a lucid dream! X
