LD- Too good to be true?

      Hey,
I have registered on this forum back in 2015 that was when i became intrested in in LD. At first it sounded just to good to be true, ability to do everything i have ever dreamed of yet being unable to do so because of gravity, social stigma or just rules of science. The idea seemed somewhat strange until i had a few semi LD dreams. It was truly a groundbreaking experience, now im back.
Learnt english ( at least to some degree) and became much more decisive...

With that being said, are you guys saying that if i were to be consistent and persistent learner i will be able to LD every night or something like that? I mean, i dont think its all worth effort if im gonna get a few lds a month as in that situation cons would def. Outweigh pros..

Also i would like to adress my issue of being sometimes scared of ld.
I ve had nightmares throught my early childhood till about 12 years old, ( in the end i taught myself to quickly escape the dream by closing eyes, that would lead to awakening)
Prospect of meeting a monster in a lucid dream without control would still be terryifing. Because as we know, to brain pain or fear does not have to have ground basis in reality whilst having a negative impact on a person.

      Thanks!
PS: as you probably guessed im not a native speaker, so if i sound somewhat unclear pls point that out so i can clarify accordingly.
