Level of accuracy in a LD (Let me dance in the 50's!)

I have a question for experienced and/or ”advanced” lucid dreamers(or just anyone who has some insight in how ”real” lucid dreams can be), but first off I want to write down some background info:

I’m currently 1/3 through Stephen King’s novel 11/22/63 and I’m absolutely fascinated(or should I say in love) with the late 1950’s and early 1960’s that’s presented in the book. I just want to experience all of it! The dancing(The Lindy Hop!), the cars, the food, the way people talk. Everything.

If you haven’t read the book it’s about a teacher called Jake(from the year 2011) and he steps through a ”portal” that takes him to 1958, blah, blah, blah, prevent the assassination of John F. Kennedy, blah, blah.

So, here’s my question: Could I, in a lucid dream, open a door that will take me to a scenario that takes place in the late 1950’s that will let me experience it like I was actually there? And I mean ALL the details like clothes, hairstyles, cars, music, the smell of cigarette smoke. You get it.

Is something like that possible with that level of accuracy?
