sleep paralysis or limbo land?

Hi everyone!! I have experienced something weird in afternoon naps.I experience in 15 20 minutes period of time SP, my heart beats fast and then I lose my orientation and feeling of my body. From then I am stuck in a vibration or no vibrational state in which I feel like I could slip into the dream realm,i actually feel like I am in some other realm but I just lack the visuals. So could it be possible to enter Limbo Land straight from SP and not from a previous dream?? Any opinions/experience? How can I move into a dream once I am in that state. Note: I am talking about afternoon naps where no previous sleep has occurred. Thanks Note about limbo land: a state of dreaming but lacking visuals, a void
